These Terms & Conditions govern the use of vipcasinolic.net and the purchase of services from Vipcasinolic Wellness Ltd. ("Vipcasinolic", "we"). By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Website

You may browse this site and submit enquiries for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt its operation, scraping content in bulk, or submitting false or misleading information through our forms.

Bookings & Payments

A booking is confirmed once we accept it and, where required, payment is received.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Group class spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis; class sizes are limited to twelve students.
Memberships and class passes are personal, non-transferable and valid for the period stated at purchase.

Cancellations & Refunds

Group classes: reschedule free of charge up to 12 hours before the session.
Personal coaching and retreats: cancel up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
First-class guarantee: if your first group class is not right for you, we will refund or credit it.
Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full at our discretion.

Health & Participation

Yoga is a physical activity. By attending a session you confirm that you are fit to participate or have consulted a physician. Please inform your instructor of injuries, pregnancy or medical conditions before class — it allows us to teach you safely. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for working within your own limits.

Studio Conduct

We ask all students to arrive on time, silence phones and treat instructors and fellow students with respect. We may refuse service to anyone whose behaviour endangers others or disrupts the studio environment.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, branding, photography and design — belongs to Vipcasinolic or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Alberta law, Vipcasinolic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for injury caused by our negligence, or affects your statutory consumer rights.

Changes & Governing Law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here applies at the time of your booking. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada.
