Every rate on this page includes provincial taxes, the resort fee, and floor access for the number of guests listed. What you see is what you pay. The only items that ever appear on your bill after arrival are chef ingredients, alcohol, and any gaming credit you choose to draw against a signed agreement.
How our pricing actually works
We publish rack rates rather than teaser prices. If a suite is available, this page is what it costs. Dynamic pricing exists in our industry, and we do not use it on the public rates you see here.

What is in every room rate
Suite of the category booked, floor access for the stated guests, welcome service, and 24-hour room dining. No daily amenity fee, no Wi-Fi charge, no housekeeping gratuity built in.
What sits outside the rate
Chef ingredients, alcohol, gaming credit, private salon time, and airport transfers not bundled into a package. All of these are agreed in writing before arrival or billed to the room with your signature.
Cancellation window
Full deposit refund seven or more days before arrival. Later cancellations follow a graded scale, published in full on our Refund Policy page and quoted in every confirmation email.

The Presidential High-Roller Penthouse
Two floors, a dedicated lift, three private tables in the salon, and a chef on a twelve-hour window each day. Rates below cover the residence and its staff. Chef ingredients, alcohol and gaming credit are billed separately at the end of the stay.
Calendar-based booking
The penthouse does not go through our standard reservation flow. Every booking is handled directly by the residence manager, who confirms dates, reference requirements and deposit in a single call.

Add-ons that save money when taken together
Each package below bundles services we offer separately, at a rate lower than buying each item on its own. Add the package to any suite booking when you confirm, or upgrade mid-stay subject to availability.
Airport To Suite Package
Private car from YVR, one-way, with a floor host meeting you at the door and check-in completed in the suite. Saves $140 against booking the transfer and the greeting separately.
Kitchen At Your Hours Package
Four evening meals for two, served in the suite at hours you choose rather than fixed slots. Menu agreed in advance and adjusted as the week goes on.
Private Salon Evening
Four hours of exclusive use of one private salon table with a dedicated croupier, two staff on hand and privacy guaranteed for the duration of the reservation.
Recovery Morning Package
Two in-suite massages, late checkout at 4 pm, and a full breakfast served at whatever hour you surface. Deliberately built for the morning after a long night.
Seat Hold Package
A tournament seat held in your name for a specific event, entry paid in advance, and a practice table available to you the evening before the event begins.
Suite To Runway Package
Late checkout at 6 pm, private car to YVR, and your luggage collected from the suite door rather than the lobby. Built for guests who book flights in the evening.

What adds to your bill, exactly
Very few things live outside the base rate. Below is the complete list of chargeable items, with the trigger that would put each one on your account. If it is not on this list, it does not appear on your bill.
Billed at cost plus a stated handling percentage agreed in writing before arrival. Applies to food cooked in the suite and to any bottle from the wine list. Room service dishes from the standard 24-hour menu are already covered by the room rate.
Charged per four-hour block with a dedicated croupier. Guests staying in the Royal Casino Suite or the penthouse receive one complimentary block per stay, and further evenings are billed at the published rate for the salon.
Credit is drawn as chips against your signed credit line and settled at the end of the stay, either at the cage or against the room account you nominated. No interest is charged for the first fourteen days; beyond that, terms are set in the credit agreement.
Damage to furniture or equipment is charged at replacement cost. Indoor smoking triggers a cleaning fee covering a full ozone treatment. Departures after the agreed checkout time are charged at half the nightly rate until 8 pm, and the full nightly rate beyond that.
Airport transfers included in the Extended Play Stay and the Full Week Residence are at no added cost. Transfers booked outside those packages are charged at the rate shown on the Airport package above, whichever direction.
How and when you pay
Straightforward on our end. The table below shows what we ask for, when, and what happens to the money if plans change.
Accepted payment
Major credit cards, debit through approved processors, and bank transfer for bookings above $10,000. Cash accepted at the cage for gaming credit only.
Deposits
Extended Play stays and penthouse bookings require a refundable deposit. Standard suite nights require only a card authorisation on arrival.
Refund turnaround
We process approved refunds within five working days. Banks then take their own time, typically five to ten business days for card payments.
Invoices
Issued at checkout with every line itemised, including the rate booked and any additional charges. Corporate invoices available on request within 24 hours.

Ask A QuestionWeekends and tournament weeks carry a two-night minimum rather than a higher rate. The per-night price is the same as shown above, but you commit to two nights rather than one.
Included in every figure shown on this page. There is no separate resort fee, amenity fee, Wi-Fi charge, or housekeeping surcharge added at checkout. Guests do not tip staff on the floor, and tipping is not expected at the front desk either.
Yes, subject to availability. Speak to your floor host the evening before the upgrade and we will rebook the remaining nights at the higher category rate. No rebooking fee is charged for the change.
Discounted pricing is already baked into the higher categories. The Extended Play Stay rate covers two to four nights and includes items that would cost more purchased separately. The Resident Week is priced below the sum of seven nights at the Extended Play rate, and the penthouse term offers a similar discount on the weekly rate.
Ten percent of the quoted term, refundable in full if you cancel more than 72 hours before arrival. The residence manager will confirm the exact figure in writing during your introductory call.
Accommodation and package charges require a card or bank transfer due to anti-money-laundering rules under provincial regulation. Gaming credit at the cage can be settled in cash, provided you are within the reporting thresholds set by the regulator.

Every rate shown on this page is a rack rate that applies to bookings made directly with Vipcasinolic and confirmed in writing by our guest relations desk. Third-party travel platforms may present their own rates, sometimes lower and sometimes higher, and those bookings follow the platform's terms rather than ours. We cannot override a third-party rate after the fact, and we cannot honour a direct rate that was advertised by somebody else. If you want the price you see here, book through us. Provincial taxes, the resort fee, and floor access for the stated number of guests are included in every published figure. Chef ingredients, alcohol, private salon time beyond any complementary block, and any gaming credit drawn against a signed agreement sit outside the room rate and are agreed in writing before arrival.
Where a booking requires a deposit, the deposit is refundable under the windows published in our Refund Policy. In summary: full refund seven or more days before arrival, a graded portion refunded between two and six days, and the first night retained for late cancellations and no-shows. Tournament weeks and certain holiday weekends may carry a longer fourteen-day cancellation window, which will always be stated at the time of booking rather than buried in an email you do not read. Approved refunds are processed within five working days and issued to the original payment method only. We cannot redirect a refund to a different card, account, or third party, because doing so would breach anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering rules we operate under.
Vipcasinolic is a strictly 21+ venue. Our licence depends on age verification and responsible play enforcement, and we do not bend either of those rules, ever, for any guest. Gaming here is entertainment, not a path to income, and our rates reflect what it costs to run a boutiqne property properly with professional staff paid a fair wage and trained to keep the floor calm.
